Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving is a simple way for employees to donate to causes they care about directly from their paychecks. Once you enroll to support the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation, a specified amount is automatically deducted from your pay and sent to us to fund cancer research. You can select a one-time gift or recurring giving, and depending on where you live or work, those donations may come out before tax. It’s efficient, sustainable, and completely hands-off once set up.
You may need to provide the following information about CARES to your employer to be eligible:
Legal Name: Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation, Inc
EIN: 47-2328142
Mailing Address: Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation, PO Box 680483, Franklin, TN 7068
